Testing the strategy

When it came comes to trading we see people using different strategies. There is no fixed strategy for success. People find their agreed will at one thing which may or may not suit us. So the real challenge is not to master the strategy but to find it. We may even tried multiple strategies multiple times. Even now that confusion pops. People choose strategy not based on how much winning percentage it has, but does it resonate with their style. Even people trading just based on their will can make more money and can have a great winning percentage than who tried thousands of them.
Even after choosing a strategy, people find it difficult to take trades based. Because they are not sure about whether it is what they actually need. If we have a strategy which we think might suits us, we have to test it and back test it. People jumping from one to another never have traded multiple timed based on that. Not a single strategy could be understood within days or weeks, it takes months like the same way we to get accustomed with market. So before choosing a trading style, make sure that you are willing to test it for couple of months.
