FOMO dilemma

With an obsession over a thing, the given effort seems effortless. We will spend hours tirelessly and even make it to the next top level. But we develop this affectionate obsession with only a few items and most of them are addictive as well s destructive. We see this happen with people eagerly waiting for an episode of their favorite TV show. Since we do most of the fundamentals with what is most pleasurable than what is actually productive, we often fall into this trap of fake FOMOs. FOMO can be interpreted in two ways.  The first one is in the form of pleasing the external world. Protecting ourselves from being an idiot in the crowd. This is embarrassing to most people since they seek validation from the external world all the time. They are not allowed to miss what's trending, the new episodes of tv shows, celebrity divorce, millions of viewed videos, and much garbage stuff. Do the purposeful work

People do start something as soon as they find interesting stuff. The curiosity behind what is in it is the driver. They see someone doing a particular thing the he never tried before. So a keen interest develops inside him and he eventually think about it for a while. If he sees it again the curiosity rises again and the urge to do it develops more seriously. As a result the temptation increases so rapidly eventually leaving him to do that. This is the base behind every new act. We see people doing things they never did before. But this is not the right way or specifically not the right mentality. Because without the understanding of what they are doing and in the absence of purposeful why, things won’t last. When the curiosity and entertainment ceases, it gets boring and frustrating. The reason is the factor that motivated him to perform this activity is no longer alive and he needs new injector which is not available. So the easiest option is to quit. They must know WHY

When it comes to motivate people we use strategies after strategies. Offering them incentives and bonus. Medical reimbursement and insurance. Everything is financial and greatly luring. It's like exploiting the needs to the benifits of companies. Money is a great motivator untill the need become non financial. People also like to have status and high profile. They like being famous. Fame is an  inherent instinct from the very beginning of mankind. Organization and employees tend to bargain for each others need. They say you do more work, we give  more money. This might feel perfectly okay for both since they are satisfied with the offer. But neither of them get anything better. There could be more work done and more money exchange, but no big difference. It applies to corporations and employees in two different ways. 1 . For employees, it won't solve any of their financial problems. 2.
