Becoming rich and staying rich are two different things. Becoming rich involves a lot of effort and getting out of the comfort zone. Of course, you need to work your ass off. But staying rich requires intelligence. Because money put on depreciating assets can reduce the wealth into half within a short period. All the efforts that were put on creating this massive wealth goes in vain. Staying rich is equally important as becoming rich.

People's perception about money is different. But we can observe that regardless of their diversity in perception, all of them are busy chasing it. And very few realize early that chasing money should not be the first priority. So they chase experience and happiness instead. But those who are chasing money keep it as their prime focus. Not every one goes the same way to make money. We see people investing, doing business, learning the new age skills and few become thieves and pirates. The reason people choose different ways are because of their diversity in perception forged by unique experiences.

Get rich quick scheme is very much overrated. People get attracted to getting rich than building a long term wealth. It is quite obvious, all of us want it achieve our goals as soon as possible. I mean for lot of us it is meaningful. And most of people in this planet consider work as the mean of earning money, which is partially true if the purpose is neglected. So all want to get rich within a very short span of time. This is desirable because it brings financial freedom which further brings the true freedom. This is luring. So we chose the get rich quick scheme.

 The sensation phenomenon of internet made the breakthrough when it decentralized the system of communication globally. The restrictions and number of processes made lot of people to be resistant in communication. Especially written communication. The restrictions that were put forward was an actual mean of censoring. End to end encryption is completely unethical and least practical method. People are so keen about the words that are allowed to put. It made the free conversation worse. Recipient receives the letter after going through multiple hands. But what internet did was amazing. It made the third person powerless and made the free speech more fertile. It changed everything. Communication became more easier and encrypted. Now encryption is taking around everything, making it more secure and easy. When it comes to motivate people we use strategies after strategies. Offering them incentives and bonus. Medical reimbursement and insurance. Everything is financial and greatly luring. It's like exploiting the needs to the benifits of companies. Money is a great motivator untill the need become non financial. People also like to have status and high profile. They like being famous. Fame is an  inherent instinct from the very beginning of mankind. Organization and employees tend to bargain for each others need. They say you do more work, we give  more money. This might feel perfectly okay for both since they are satisfied with the offer. But neither of them get anything better. There could be more work done and more money exchange, but no big difference.
