The irony in observing time is an impediment to truly experiencing life. We make decisions based on how we see our time. Most of the decisions we make are on the notion that we have ample time in hand. But the irony is the only thing we don't have is time.

Going beyond the numbers

The ability to go and look beyond numbers makes a huge difference in an organization. Mostly, the leaders do take notice of the revenue decrease and this push layoffs and payment cuts. They should be more focused on what is bothering the employees and what makes them suck at whatever they do. Threatening with salary cut and layoff will work in the short run. But the fuel ceases soon and the individual at the top need to figure out another intimidating stuffs that would make employees ass on fire. It doesn't work.

Subtle things make difference

Using the image to manipulate is the most vulgar thing anyone can perform when it comes to selling. When an organization stops innovating, the possible way to sell its crap is through manipulation. No one likes what’s not best. And yet it’s what dominant in the market. There are making a way more money than those actually makes a difference, providing the value. When a popular face shows up with any shit, it is easy to raise the popularity of that product with himself. Most of the products sells this way. Those who buy these products don’t actually wants it. Those who buys them are less certain about their priorities. They get confused amid the status quo and reality. When a movie star promotes it, then it would make to the list and those who haven’t bought it must blame themselves. They go and purchase just to avoid the blame. This bragging mentality could be manipulated. These subtle emotions bring tons of money when used wisely. And those who markets and sells are the masters of it....

Winning is everywhere

There are companies that benefits from the competition of companies from another sectors. The thing that benefits them is that both these competitors are the customers of this one. Primary examples are the open software companies. They sell software to different companies to make thier product and these manufacturing companies compete themselves for domination. Whoever wins, software company benefits.

Take the time to learn

Learning takes time, but seeking shallow understanding instead of deep mastery is a waste of that time. In most cases, true learning requires a deep grasp of underlying concepts. Without that depth of understanding, the knowledge won't be very useful. Investing the time and energy into proper learning will pay off later. But we need the patience to stick with it and keep working, without letting self-doubt creep in. The enemy is often the mind itself - our emotions make us question our abilities and convictions. We can't let that happen. We must stay focused on the hustle and keep moving forward. The key is recognizing that true learning takes commitment and perseverance. Shallow understanding may seem faster, but it won't serve us well in the long run. We have to be willing to put in the work required for deep, meaningful learning. With patience and determination, the rewards will come.

Every adversity can be turned into an opportunity. Whatever we do, we are faced with barriers. Some can be crossed without any effort, but some barriers are really hard to cross and even some people quit here. Those people who quit at these stages are afraid of failure. They failed one time and they are scared about the unprecedented outcome. An outcome is not a certainty, it is a possibility with more than one possible outcome. But what we only think about is failure. That is the only outcome we see in front of us due to the impact caused by just one failure. But what here matters is persistence. The quality that only a few people in the world have. Those people are the founding fathers of the nation, self-made billionaires, great authors, and great athletes. They influence the world and change the world. They were not born with these qualities, they instead developed them with disciplined effort. We can do the same, but we must be disciplined. Just a minute of greeting could turn the entire hour into a blossom. We can observe the high energy and enthusiasm throughout.
