Buying at the dip is one of the proven strategy that many people use to buy assets. The reason they do this is because they can see profit right from there. When they see profit at the very initial stages of investment, they will invest more.

The ability to go and look beyond numbers makes a huge difference in an organization. Mostly, the leaders do take notice of the revenue decrease and this push layoffs and payment cuts. They should be more focused on what is bothering the employees and what makes them suck at whatever they do. Threatening with salary cut and layoff will work in the short run. But the fuel ceases soon and the individual at the top need to figure out another intimidating stuffs that would make employees ass on fire. It doesn't work.

Rescheduling and thrashing are both different words. But they are connected and dependent. One won’t (mustn’t) survive without the other. This was best described by Seth in his masterpiece Linchpin . It make sense when both are studied which levels the confusion of delayed shipping. Shipping isn’t confined to products and services, but it extends to anything.
