Being ruthless is the cure

For many reason ruthlessness is considered as wrong and interpreted as a bad thing. One of the reason that stands out is the lack of empathy. When you have enough empathy, some say you can’t have ruthlessness. Yet we see people with great personalities are ruthless . I’m not talking about Steve jobs here although I could interpret him as a perfect example.

It’s hard to embrace but being ruthless and sometimes pain in someone else’s ass is considered as worthy. After we are all humans and we like to take advantage of naïve and harmless people. Once it is evident that he is unresponsive, it is easy to tease and neglect. No one does this with heartless individuals. They hit back. The emotionless firing of people when underperformed keeps many employed. The results comes when work is done. Works is mainly a stimulation of money and passion. But with a laxness, nothing gets done. To earn lots of money either one of the two things I’m about to tell must happen.

1. Being ruthless to yourself.

2. Being ruthless to others.

This would only happen when ruthlessness is knotted with passion and vision. In both cases ruthlessness is inevitable. No wonder there exists a ruthlessly working and struggling story behind each succesful individuals. It is not that hard to conclude, but to embrace it.

We were born into the society trap where everything is predefined. Everything is written and all we have to do is to obey them. We are not allowed to wander with our will and certainly not with any other rules. Predefined are the prime ones. When we look at those cultural scribings of activism, we could see that everything is limiting and designed to refrain is from our true potential. The hardest thing is not being unaware of this trap, it is being in the trap even after knowing you are in a trap. This makes us to think differently. Because we found something, probably, no one around found. It would be game changer for everyone. It could transform the society and culture, paving a more promising future for the generations to come. But what happen when we introduce this theory to those blind people is quite depressing. They mock and joke you, laugh a...
