Most of the time the bad performance is imparted on the employees or those who work as a group. With good equipment and working condition, there is still some huge loses. The revenue steeps down and the operational expenses are shooting up. The reason might be with the leadership. The person at the top must be the reason behind such a drastic fall in the profits or the desired outcome. Under him works the mob and he needs to make sure that they are well protected and safe. Safeness doesn't mean it is of external physical threat, it may be the insecurity that they feel inside the work place. By offering them the security, things would be better.

Possibility can be defined as the things that are possible. This is by catagorizing the different number of outcomes. Each outcomes could be a possibility. Every results as a consequence of action leads to a possible outcome. The number of outcomes is different for different activities. There is a direct proportionality between the number of outcomes and number of decisions. A single trivial decision could lead to multiple results. And every choice has its consequence. Every product, experience,art and relationships are the stories of series of executed decision. If something doesn't work we can always review the chain of choices and could spot the wrong done.
