Which story you believe ?

The existence of tribes are solely dependent on two things, story and leadership. Organizations, groups and corporations are pivoted around the story. The more stronger the story it is, the more longevity it gets. By stronger I meant answer to most questions. Even bed time stories has this strong sense of accuracy. They are definite and clear in answering the questions before it popes up. It's a robust trait for a story. Maybe it's happened through decades of evolution. It gets better like sapiens. But to make the things more proliferative within a century is difficult. When it survives the uncertainty tha rises,it wins. It can be of in highly demanded like equality or something that yet not discovered like the internet in the early 20th century. Both weren't there when they thought they could bring a change. Now it's tangible and it changed the world. It doesn't spread like the newly launched entertainment show unless by introducing a celeb. Unfortunately in this case the graph plotting would be like an inverted U. Totally upside down. It gets at the peak and plummets even sooner than expected. If the right people doesn't get involved, then it won't create sensation. These people knows the necessity to introduce or maybe to replace the story. It happens every time. Most of the things we believed a century ago is false. Scientific knowledge made that stories fragile. But we cannot assume the folks who believed this were dumb nuts. Creators must have been allayed the doubts. But it brought them together. Now the replaced one keeps us a tribe and this might too turns into a puff tomorrow. This is the way it works. It changes with time.

We can be story told in many ways. We like to be in a positive way. But it is possible to get betrayed by false stories. This is the age that leverages the free will. You can choose to hear and believe what ever stories you wanna believe. It's upto as like the consequence. History can teach you the fall of great stories. Keeping a curiosity to question your belief at this time turns out to be a proper way to get the integrity. If it fails to convince you, you no longer need to believe it. Keeping a good story to stand upon is a real bless amid this great mess. And the conclusion: you can craft your story. This is a free platform.

Beware not to be fraud

Being cheated is common. We get cheated most of the time. Sometimes the effect is large. Only then we realise that we are being cheated. Cheating comes from false beliefs. We believe in the things that we thought to be the truth, at least we accepted as truth. By giving us the false information they are rectifying the probability of manipulation. It's easier to get convinced in this time. There is no scarcity for information. I mean made up false information. They are very likely to get hooked and there is plenty of them in the market. Only thing left to the marketers is to pick one and throw it in the face. You are most likely to engulf. Because the rule book say so, you must do so. You cannot turn your your face when you are nicely getting manipulated, the rule books say. Even the craftsman man who designed these b.s rule must've been frustrated by consequence of these rules made to the folks. They must have thought someone someday would replace it instead of blindly pursuing...

Mindset matters

The first mover advantage maybe a myth like MySpace. It is not necessary to have a first mover advantage, but it may do good if managed correctly. In the world of crypto we could see Bitcoin reigning over a decade as the leading coin. It got its first mover advantage and it is way ahead than other altcoins. But does it means it will lead forever ? Not really. I’m case of Amazon the first mover advantage was a great benefit. It is not that because of Amazon being the first to deliver goods through online, it is the ever growth mindset of Jeff Bezos. Like in case of any other thing, the important factor is not the advantage, but the mindset that drives it behind. Last day I wrote about having a progressive mindset. But when it comes to BTC, the driver behind it is clearly absent. Its first mover advantage is getting it to the top, but as soon as when one person with growth mindset comes with an equivalent product (which already happened), the first mover advantage may slay. ...

Hardest part in realization

It is one of the hardest thing to draw lessons from what we know. That is the reason why even after reading hundreds of book, we feel like we learned or to be specific realized nothing. But upon coupling with the reflection and experience, we can actually draw it from anywhere. The key still is to learn more.

Observation is the key

Too much focused on work or anything is not good at all. Not for both personal and professional. Yet we repeat the same pattern. Insanely focused in a work could bring better results. But these might lead to filter out the things we think is not at all important. But it turns out that is wrong. Often the things we wish could have were the things we merely ignored. Relationship is an example. Relationship with children and spouse often get cold when obsessed with way too much work. It is very much easy to eliminate the non essential and focus on what's important. But as the life progresses, most people realise that is not true. Giving time to nurture the relations are important as much as finishing the task. In the end all that matters is how well the life gets better. Just merely by observing the things that we thought as irrelevant may seems like a great choice to have. You might rethink and crafts the better one.

Time concious

The irony in observing time is an impediment to truly experiencing life. We make decisions based on how we see our time. Most of the decisions we make are on the notion that we have ample time in hand. But the irony is the only thing we don't have is time.

Beliefs of discount

Seasons are mostly beneficial to those who are making whole sales. The sales are driven highly with anticipation of belief that people are ready to spend money than before. It is beneficial to both the customer and seller. The main reason is the volume. In normal days, people won’t go shopping vividly and manufactures are less active. We are taught to believe that during season sales companies sell products with more discount. Sometimes with buy one get one offer. No one wants to bet large amount of money during non-seasonal days. We wait for discount to hit thus to save money. And when the discount breaks, huge amount of masses place the order. This is way more than actual sale. Discounts are certain and hence the profit. On the flipside, companies will profit like hell these days. They employ more workers during this time and install many outlets. They know they can swap money like never before. Welcoming the fate

Marcus Aurelius once said " To welcome with affection what is sent by fate". He meant every word he said. It is possible to get ourselves to welcome the fate. It brings oppertunity and self control. Knowing that we can have the control of our being is powerful when it comes to being vulnerable with emotions.

Saying NO is an art

Saying that you don’t like is often difficult. Especially when we need to say to our friends. One of thing that lurks behind this faking is the fear of misinterpretation. We say what we meant to say, but they take what they take. Most oftentimes we mean no offense, but the scenario makes it worse. We say most politely that “ I’m grateful for your offer, but I don’t do it “ through a single NO. But sometimes they take it as regarding. They hear something like “ I don’t want your shit “. We can read it from their face all the frustration and indignation ,even when displaying fake smiles. If that’s the case, then we conclude that NO is getting us and our relationship ripped. What we don’t realize is that the after effect of it, such as we blaming them for the entire thing. Here things get even worse and may lead to the demise of the relationship. Following the guts feels like a task that is impossible to crack. But once we follow our intuition and persistently find the right, it always allows us to create the happiness and satisfaction we wish for. There will be the process of trial and error, but it is worth giving it.
