Which story you believe ?

The existence of tribes are solely dependent on two things, story and leadership. Organizations, groups and corporations are pivoted around the story. The more stronger the story it is, the more longevity it gets. By stronger I meant answer to most questions. Even bed time stories has this strong sense of accuracy. They are definite and clear in answering the questions before it popes up. It's a robust trait for a story. Maybe it's happened through decades of evolution. It gets better like sapiens. But to make the things more proliferative within a century is difficult. When it survives the uncertainty tha rises,it wins. It can be of in highly demanded like equality or something that yet not discovered like the internet in the early 20th century. Both weren't there when they thought they could bring a change. Now it's tangible and it changed the world. It doesn't spread like the newly launched entertainment show unless by introducing a celeb. Unfortunately in this case the graph plotting would be like an inverted U. Totally upside down. It gets at the peak and plummets even sooner than expected. If the right people doesn't get involved, then it won't create sensation. These people knows the necessity to introduce or maybe to replace the story. It happens every time. Most of the things we believed a century ago is false. Scientific knowledge made that stories fragile. But we cannot assume the folks who believed this were dumb nuts. Creators must have been allayed the doubts. But it brought them together. Now the replaced one keeps us a tribe and this might too turns into a puff tomorrow. This is the way it works. It changes with time.
  We can be story told in many ways. We like to be in a positive way. But it is possible to get betrayed by false stories. This is the age that leverages the free will. You can choose to hear and believe what ever stories you wanna believe. It's upto as like the consequence. History can teach you the fall of great stories. Keeping a curiosity to question your belief at this time turns out to be a proper way to get the integrity. If it fails to convince you, you no longer need to believe it. Keeping a good story to stand upon is a real bless amid this great mess. And the conclusion: you can craft your story. This is a free platform.

People express when they feel like they are safe among the peers. It is a trust factor. This trust factor can be developed through mutual understanding. When a group of stranger collabs and start to express the embarrassing truth, individuals within the peers develops the tendency to vomit the dirty truths. Going beyond the numbers

The ability to go and look beyond numbers makes a huge difference in an organization. Mostly, the leaders do take notice of the revenue decrease and this push layoffs and payment cuts. They should be more focused on what is bothering the employees and what makes them suck at whatever they do. Threatening with salary cut and layoff will work in the short run. But the fuel ceases soon and the individual at the top need to figure out another intimidating stuffs that would make employees ass on fire. It doesn't work.

Levels of maturity

Levels of maturity can be attributed to the various developmental stages of life. Maturing enough to take decisions and accepting the responsibility is the stem behind being mature. Maturity often comes with suffering or in an easy sense, seeing reality as reality. It is harder than before. No one actually wants to face the brutalities of the real world. Often we can spot adults and working professionals playing video games to relieve, relief from the real world. We cannot expect age-based maturity from those individuals. They are feeding the monster under the bed. They have to face it sometimes.  Seeing reality as it is the best way to be mature. This way we will reach the conclusion that nothing is permanent and everyone is destined to disappear from earth anyway.

End of the day

How we spend our time datermines how we spend our life. The productive minute spend makes the hour great. It is just the acts at one in sixtieth of an hour. Just a minute of greeting could turn the entire hour into a blossom. We can observe the high energy and enthusiasm throughout. Yet most people neglect this simple fact of turning a minute to impact an hour. The entire blocks of hours slips this way. The case is not different with day. An hour of favourable act alter the entire day. Here the ratio of time spent wisely to spent vaguely is relatively small. Yet the avoidance is common. Genuine conviction is invariably born from firsthand experience. This is because, innately, our belief systems are wired to accept anything that can be perceived through our sensory experiences, a trait that evolved during our ancestral hunting epochs. Once we acquire such direct experiences, no further evidence is required to cement our belief. These experiences thus become the compass by which we navigate our existence. Hence, the optimum method of learning is through experimentation and introspection, for knowledge acquired in this manner becomes deeply embedded within our psyche, imparting indispensable lessons for personal development and growth. Predominantly, our learning derives from the direct  experiences of others who possess a profound understanding and apply this wisdom to enhance their lives. Regrettably, we often fail to leverage this wealth of knowledge to our own advantage.

The ability to get out of yourself and dig into other people's lives can be useful when it comes to seduction. we must let ourselves subside and know the opposite person well. Know what they want, what they like, how they would react to different circumstances, and whey they like and dislike.
