The first mover advantage maybe a myth like MySpace. It is not necessary to have a first mover advantage, but it may do good if managed correctly. Possibility can be defined as the things that are possible. This is by catagorizing the different number of outcomes. Each outcomes could be a possibility. Every results as a consequence of action leads to a possible outcome. The number of outcomes is different for different activities. There is a direct proportionality between the number of outcomes and number of decisions. A single trivial decision could lead to multiple results. And every choice has its consequence.
